2. OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU

By downloading our App or registering via our Website or mobile applications, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions (Terms) and to use our Services. These Terms together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy form a legally binding agreement.

3. REGISTRATION PROCESS AND RULES

• You must register using accurate, truthful personal information.
• Only one account per individual is permitted. Operating duplicate or multi-accounts is strictly forbidden.
• You must be at least 13 years of age (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use our platform.
• We may request identity verification prior to processing high-value payout transactions to adhere to anti-money laundering (AML) protocols.

4. COLLECTION & REDEMPTION OF POINTS

Points are credited dynamically through partner offerwall postbacks and media streaming rewards. You are responsible for ensuring that points are properly credited to your wallet balance. Points are non-transferable between members and have no cash value outside our official redemption catalog.

Redemptions are audited for fraud. If we identify that points were obtained through bot scripts, emulator software, or chargebacks, we reserve the right to void the contested balance.

6. RETURNS, GUARANTEES & PRIVACY

8. TERMINATION & ANTI-FRAUD RESTRICTIONS

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts with immediate effect if users:

• Use Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), proxies, or Tor routing to disguise real geographic location.
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent answers on surveys and partner offers.
• Operate multiple accounts across single or clustered IP addresses.
• Utilize automated macros, autoclickers, or emulator software to simulate activity.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, forge API callbacks, or compromise server security.

15. LICENCE, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LIABILITY

All intellectual property rights in the RewardyPlus brand, code, logos, and UI belong exclusively to RewardyPlus. We provide our services on an "as-is" basis for personal entertainment and reward earning. We are not liable for indirect business losses or delays caused by third-party blockchain or payment provider outages.
